Catalunya Penedes, Alex and Amos' SIN Project. After pressing Xarello, it was fermented in stainless steel tanks, bottled with sugar remaining, and fermented and aged in the bottle while lumiaging. Fine creamy bubbles, green-yellow color, aroma of lemongrass and lime, refreshing and fresh attack, sharp acidity and fruit, and sharp aftertaste.
