Grape varieties: Grüner Veltliner, Cabernet Sauvignon
A field blend that combines various types such as Grüner Veltliner and Cabernet Sauvignon in the same section. (Rishak in the Czech Republic) Harvested by hand, sorted, destemmed, crushed and skinfermented for 10 days. It is then pressed, transferred to 225 liter old barrels and aged for several months in Surrey. No antioxidants, unfiltered and bottled.
The winery is located in a small village in the southwestern part of the Czech Republic, Muchenice village, and the first vineyard was built in 2008, and now it is 8 plots with the family, with a total of 1.5ha of vineyards. Gewurztraminer, Neuburger, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Welschriesling, Pinot Gris and other indigenous varieties are grown organically. The soil in the field is loess and clay.
The wine is naturally fermented, usually aged with lees in 225L oak barrels, and bottled unfiltered. Basically, the intervention is minimal, no chemicals are used, and the blend of grapes and vinification methods vary from vintage to vintage. We started selling wine in 2015, but it became very popular in a short period of time and is now exported to countries around the world. . Annual production is 5000 bottles.
