Grape variety: Chardonnay

Chardonnay harvested in the basket range is pressed in its entirety and placed in a concrete egg tank of about 1800L. Once the prescribed residual sugar is reached, it is bottled and crowned. No antioxidants are used.
Brioche with custard cream, gorgeous flowers, and juicy lightly cooked apples. An extremely refined blanc de blanc pet nut.

Pet Nut's greatest appeal is its familiar fruitiness, while maintaining the fine bubbles and texture of a sophisticated Blanc de Blanc Champagne. Petnut is now being released all over the world, but the quality that his petnut charms is clearly different.
