Grape variety: Pinot Blanc
Using Pinot Blanc cultivated by Mr. Fujiwara in Tango, Kyoto, it is fermented in oak barrels after squeezing and aged for 8 months before bottling. It has an elegant barrel scent, a scent reminiscent of melons and apples, and a sharp acidity and rounded fruit. Filtration and other treatments are kept to a minimum in order to preserve the flavor of the wine, so turbidity may occur.
