Defective product
If you suspect that the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the cap seal has been peeled off, the bottle has been uncorked, or the etiquette has been removed. When the product arrives at hand, please check it immediately. We do not accept returns unless the product is defective. Regarding returns and exchanges, items that are in stock will be exchanged, and wines that are not in stock will be returned or refunded.
