Due to AOC's order, the village name could not be added to the cuvée name and was named Amzelle (black bird).

In 2018, a cold winter, severe late frosts, early flowering, an early mild summer and light rains reduced yields, but the quality is undeniable.
After pressing for 24 hours, it is fermented and aged in foudre for 23 months.

A light and transparent cream color, herbs and Hawaiian pepper with citrus scent, smooth and pure attack with fruity sweetness, plenty of extract and a pleasant and wonderful aftertaste.
