Jaybird (Skin Contact) 2022 Delinquente

Delinquente's first orange wine. Each of the four varieties is vinified separately. The Chardonnay is immediately pressed and naturally fermented in stainless steel. The other 3 varieties are stainless steel and undergo skin contact and natural fermentation for about 14 days. Blended through malolactic fermentation. Bottled with a touch of antioxidants. Lychee, pink grapefruit, and marigold are full of gorgeous and refreshing charm. Stunning quality that each breed characteristics are combined well.
