Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Negroamaro, Vermentino, Malvasia
Red, rose, white, and orange are all blended together, creating a unique red color that is full of drinkability. Each variety is vinified separately: Touriga Nacional red, Negroamaro rosé, Vermentino white and Malvasia orange. Finally blended and bottled with a small amount of antioxidants. Unfiltered, no clarifiers used.
It can be called a "four-color" blended wine, and as a result, it has a light texture like Beaujolais, especially as a natural wine. Pretty fruits such as raspberries and wild strawberries have a savory flavor reminiscent of perilla shiso (with the same light VA as the other two types), and the high acidity that tightens the whole makes it a drinkable flavor.
It can be said that it is a unique wine born from free ideas.
