Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2021 TRENTHAM

Harvested in the best plots of our own vineyards, destemmed, crushed and pressed. After allowing the juice to stand at a low temperature, it is fermented. Aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Rich aromas of lime, gooseberry, lychee, guava and passion fruit. A fresh and fruity wine with refreshing acidity and a well-balanced fruit flavor.
