Estate Pinot Gris 2021 TRENTHAM

The grapes are destemmed, pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature (cultured yeast, free-run juice only) to preserve the fruit aromas. A dry style with a little body reminiscent of pears, with hints of spice and tropical fruit. A versatile white with a mineral feel that goes well with a wide range of meals.
